G20

A London demonstrator holds a candid message for Gordon Brown

G20 march in London

THOUSANDS of protesters gathered in London today for a huge march for “jobs, justice and climate” ahead of the G20 summit.
Over 35,000 campaigners paraded peacefully through the city waving flags and placards in the Put People First march - which came amid anger at the £19million cost of the summit. But there are fears that trouble could flare when further protests take place as world leaders gather in the capital next week.
